Course Objectives This course's aim is to teach visual reading and writing. In relation to that, it aims to develop students' ability to interpret visual production and sources.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to develop visual critical thinking.
  • Will be able to create visual designs.
  • Will be able to apply creativity in their design.
  • Will be able to observe how the visual language is depending on conventional languages and the relationships between them.
  • Will be able to analyze the syntax of visual language.
Course Description In this class the visual material ranging from art to different fields of design will be presented and discussed through different media (printed, electronic).
