Course Objectives | Whether printed or on screen, publications do not communicate only with text and images. Communication involves issues like designing with creative decisions, implementing environmentally sustainable designs, organizing content, determining the weight of paper to be used in printing, knowing how to work with margins, and identifying all the design elements that shape the reader's reading flow. The goal is not only to practice in traditional ways, but also to offer readers various experiences. No decision in the publication design is inconsistent or arbitrary, even the smallest creative contributions can change the whole experience. |
